Coopeuch is a bank founded in 1967 by a group of officials of the University of Chile, with the initial purpose of meeting the financial needs of its members. However, in the eighties, began its expansion into regions, where today is concentrated a significant percentage of associates. In 1984, the first Coopeuch office was opened outside the Metropolitan Region, beginning a process of growth and development that is currently translated into its large network of 86 offices.
Here, a project of core system integration services was carried out with the bank’s sales channels.
Thanks to this service of exchange of operations between different applications with the central system, it was possible to expand the omnichannel of all its commercial operations.
