La Nueva Seguros is an argentine insurer that places emphasis on the marketing of auto insurance, with the intention of being able to grow in the other branches and products as life, home and AP.
La Nueva Seguros was in search of a comprehensive solution to provide online sales services to its producers and final insureds, with the ability to obtain information from its central system and make it available to its different channels, achieving multi-channel and autonomy for each channel. For this, SysOne implemented Virtual Office™ for producers and for insureds in its online version and Mobile (On the GO™) in Android and iOS. This solution allowed the entire company to reduce manual management and internal costs.
One of the challenges of this project was to be able to directly connect all the products with the operating systems of the insurer. For this, the Insurance Service Bus™ platform was implemented. In this way it was possible to collect information from various sources of the insurer and expose it under a standard format in the various channels. With the implementation of ISB™, the circulation of information with customers and suppliers was also optimized, using the integration of the company’s operating systems, the “time to market” of services and products was improved and efficiency was increased thanks to the integration of the business processes and standardization of the exposed information.
