SMG Life replaced its operations self-management system, with the aim of providing its commercial network with a more effective tool and a better communication space between the producer and the company. The introduction of this new platform provides the ability to develop businesses over multiple channels, thus generating an omnichannel strategy. It also facilitates marketing channels and the sale of products by offering a web tool to speed up the quotation, request and issuance of policies.
The implementation consisted in the online integration of life and collective insurance information in a single and flexible platform, through which producers can access via the web to quote, make policy endorsements, update the insured’s data and see the status of your checking account. This makes it possible to offer a service center for information management, to facilitate the management of its producers, partners (bancassurance), suppliers, reinsurers and customers.
